Dialaminate Courser Chases

Description

A concept drawing of a tetralaminate coursing centauress. Polylamination is a genetic engineering trick that doubles the number of internal organs and limbs. It turns out to be very simple to do embryologically, and is thus a very cheap modification to make. The most common is a single doubling, or dilamination, which generates six-legged centaurs. Tetralamination is a close second, and permits substantial variations, including sets of four wings, while maintaining a centaur appearance.

In this drawing the subject, having just starting to notice boys, is chasing a young male winged centaur who is a year older than they. Her wings soon will be growing in (note the bumps on the lower torso). The (soon to be) tetrapteric tetralaminate coursing centaur's extra two pairs of hindlegs are suppressed due to the introduction of cetacean genetics (not the double tail-flukes). This will make her triphibious when she reaches full maturity.
